Minha irmã passou uma semana no hotel, gostou muito mas na saída ficaram uns pacotes que foram entregues depois da sua saída que estamos com muita dificuldade de retirar! Eles não querem entregar mesmo com toda documentação que confirma que os pacotes são nossos! Uma decepção total

Por ser um prédio mais antigo os elevadores são pequenos e não cabem mais que 3 pessoas com malas, mas o hotel é bom.

Hotel simples. Pequeno. Limpo. Ponto negativo: Wi-Fi não funciona. Café da manhã é pago.

I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I stay at Hilton hotels on a weekly basis. This hotel is pretty rough. It’s old, which is to be expected, most hotels in that area are. There are NO amenities…none. They do not have parking, they do not serve breakfast, the restaurant and bar is not open and is currently used for storage. There is a very small gym. There is no pool. If you spend any time looking at the reviews you’re I’ll notice the elevator come up often. As of Aug 2021, the inspection card of the elevator still shows to be expired as of 2016. The elevator slow and very small. It took almost 45 seconds to get from the 6the floor to the first floor. We did not get stuck but it felt very unsafe. The rooms are very small. There 3 different lights in the bathroom but the main room only had 1 reading lamp and a light in the entry way. There were only a few power outlets, which again it’s an old hotel. They do not offer parking which is not clearly advertised. The nearest parking requires valet parking and charges $35 a night. There is also major road construction going on right in front of the hotel for several blocks in each direction. It makes navigating, or getting and Uber or using the Trolley very difficult. I do not recommend this place. The major concerns were more about the lack of care and maintenance and even cleanliness of the hotel. I’ve attached pictures below for reference.

We booked through AirBnB, which was a little weird, but honestly worked out great! The check-in and check-out process was easy. They do require a security deposit per room. Jose and Gabriel at the front desk were awesome and super accommodating. Thanks so much!

My wife and I were stuck in the elevator, requiring EMS to come pry the door open. The certificate in the elevator expired in September of 2016… After getting out of the elevator, the front desk said, “Sorry, I'm sure it’s been inspected - they just didn’t change the certificate. The manager can help you Monday (it was Saturday)” ….lol, what an amazing time at the hilton garden inn. definitely my worst experience ever at a hotel.

This hotel is awful. I love the Hilton but am so disappointed in this property.The smell is a combination of mildew, pot and smoke. The rooms are tiny tiny, the elevator barely moves and the walls and windows are paper thin. We couldn't even sleep it was so loud. To add insult to injury the price per night was ridiculous.Additionally there is absolutely no parking you have to park next door in another hotel's garage for $25 a night and then walk over via the sidewalk.The ONLY positive about this hotel is Jose at the front desk. He is the kindest person and provides the BEST customer service. To say I was a bit horrified is an understatement.

Buenas noches: Muy buena atención sobretodo por parte de Hilda y Adan del front desk. Muy buena relación precio y calidad de habitación. Se encuentra en un lugar con lindos resto y cerca de la playa!

Mi reserva incluía el desayuno el cual no fue suministrado por falta de alimentos, me informaron que realizarían un descuento por este servicio no prestada pero fue cargado a mi tarjeta el 100 % del costo de la reserva. Adicionalmente no tenían sistema para entregar la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación, cada vez que se requería ingresar a la habitación tenía que esperar que el personal de recepción abriera mi habitación con la llave maestra.

Great location convenient to local eateries and public transportation. Staff had great customer service skills. Great hospitality overall. I felt welcomed and safe during my stay.

Beautiful hotel, great staff. No parking (not even a place to temporarily park to unload/check in), which they don't tell you until you get there. You can park a block away once you've checked in (big discount if you show your room key), nowhere to park until you do. The main elevator is broken, so the whole hotel has to squeeze into a tiny elevator at the back, prepare to wait for it for a while.

Visited June 2021. I read all of the reviews on-line and to be honest, I was a bit worried. Because of the reviews, I chose a ground floor room #100. I LOVED it. The A/C worked great and kept the room cool. I never had to worry about the lift. I could leave my room and be on my way. The rooms are small, so if you bringing lots of clothes and luggage, this is probably not the best place for you. Hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly. If you go in with the right expectations, you will be happy.

Horrible, reservamos por Expedía con horas de anticipación, llegamos al hotel y nos dicen que está lleno, ya conocemos ese truco, aparece alguien que paga mas por la reserva y lo venden a esa persona, sin importar el trato con Expedia, ahora nos quedamos sin hotel a las 9 de la noche en medio de Miami, que asco de gente en serio.

I previously submitted my review and complaints via an email survey and privately via Twitter and hotel management refused to make the situation right so I’m taking to social media and all review boards about my stay. Where do I begin? My family and I recently stayed at this Hilton Miami Beach FL location for 2 nights for my sisters wedding, along with the entire wedding party. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an uncountable amount of porch dwellers smoking marijuana illegally on Hilton’s property, and not to mention throughout our entire stay during the day and evening hours. This created an unsafe environment for families and children to the point where we feared coming in and leaving the hotel. The entire lobby and halls leading to our room, smelt like weed. Hotel management claimed these were “spring breakers”, however, I can assure you these were NOT spring breakers. Additionally, the front desk was never available to answer the phone at our request, likely because during the times when we were coming in and out of the hotel, the front desk agent was regularly having friendly conversation with the porch dwellers instead of doing his job. Additionally, the rooms in this location are tiny in comparison to other Hilton locations so don’t have high expectations. The Hilton brand should be appalled to have their name on this hotel. I highly recommend staying at the Palms Hotel across the street for a few extra dollars, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Miami Beach much more in comparison to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is a very short walk from the beach and is clean and quiet. The rooms are a little small and you do have to call to request cleaning but knowing that ahead of time you can plan for it. José was very helpful offering suggestions for local dining and patio bars and remembered us by name when we came and left.

Las habitaciones y el baño estaban bien. Limpieza no bien hecha, el ascensor funcionaba mal, se notaba que le faltaba mantencion, en el lobby hubo una persona que no nos atendió bien. No lo recomendaría y tampoco volvería.

This hotel is not what I usually expect from a garden inn. First off, there is no ramp to the front door. There is only a ramp to a wheelchair lift to bring you up to the lobby area. The wheelchair lift is slow and tiny and was very hard to fit my stroller in (after the initial day, we just opted to carry the stroller up the steps every time). Once inside, there is also steps to go down for breakfast. There’s an elevator nearby that goes downstairs but guess what? You gotta go UP a few steps to go to that elevator to then go down. Makes zero sense. Needless to say, this hotel is NOT family friendly. And speaking of the elevators, they are so small! We hardly fit with the stroller and just 1 suitcase. The two of us were on top of each other. We get to our room and it is musty. The door is extremely hard to push open (by far the hardest out of any hotel I’ve been to) which makes it even harder with a stroller. There are no tubs in this hotel which stinks if you have a baby. And the shower water does not get hot. It gets “warm” but I was still cold showering. And that was with it turned all the way up. Oh and the “fitness center” is only dumbbells and treadmills. Won’t be staying here again.

We went this past weekend for my husband’s 40th birthday. We assumed the hotel was in the beach but is across the street from the beach. The elevator needs an upgrade. My sister got stuck in it. The weather was chilly and there is no heat. Most of my guest are asthma and sinus sufferers so we came home sick. Breakfast was basic but the Front desk was nice. James in the restaurant was awesome

I was there just last week. It was just a tiny room and no parking for the car. However, I want to go back because of Carlos. He was helping me at the front desk. He was super nice and so friendly. Thank you, Carlos.

Great Hotel and very friendly staff. We went there this spring and already booked for next year. Rooms were small but clean. We don't spend much time in the room anyway. Perfect location as it's close to everything.

Beautiful location and courteous staff. The modern renovations to the rooms adds charm to this historic building. We did have a leaking shower but it didn't ruin our experience.

Front desk help extremely accommodating and helpful, breakfast very sufficient but nothing fancy, one block to very nice beach, away from the craziness of south beach but walkable or take a shuttle...

It’s the beach and everything is expensive and old. Valet only parking at a different hotel for $35 a day. Small, old rooms that could use additional repair. Our desk chair has seen better days...

The hotel needs renovations of hallways, elevators and guest rooms. Reception staff were good, but not enough to make up for the poor accommodations. This is not representative of the quality I have...

Stayed at this property before Covid and it was ok. This time a lot of things have changed for the worst. The hotel is extremely understaffed and no amenities or service whatsoever are available...
