“Desde el principio, el personal fue increíble. Carlos fue súper amable, especialmente cuando seguíamos pidiendo champú, acondicionador y gel de ducha, ya que había 3 chicas con mucho cabello. También necesitábamos mantas adicionales, pero él no tenía acceso, pero nos aseguró que cuando la Sra. Shirley entre, ella podrá ayudarnos, lo cual definitivamente hizo. El único inconveniente era que el aire acondicionado se encendía y apagaba, por lo que nos estábamos despertando constantemente sudando. Además, el agua caliente de la ducha tardó un poco en calentarse. El desayuno no era tan bueno, pero al menos había opciones. Aunque el café era bueno.”
