The location was excellent. Close to the water yet walking distance to local concert venue. The front counter staff were very professional. Our issue was that our room didn't seem to be totally ready for us to check in. Even though we checked in around 5:30pm. The tub had hair in it. We had to call the front desk for toilet paper at 4:00 in the morning because housekeeping didn't restock. We also had no tissues and the sheets didn't even fit the bed. The breakfast was your standard hot spread and was hot and yummy. The rooms while orderly, had some small holes in the wall and banged up furniture. Overall it was not the worst but not the best. Definitely felt like the price is a little to high. We would likely not stay again.

Stayed here for a week. Breakfast was good but standard. Rooms were nice, and all the staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My only complaint is that the pillows are not as firm as I prefer.

The hotel was exceptionally clean! I absolutely loved my room and it was really nice. Loved it! My kids really enjoyed it. The staff was very sweet and professional. I’ll be only booking with them for now on. The pool and hot tub was amazing as well. Love it!

Samantha was great at check in and thru the night. 25th wedding anniversary they up graded our room to a suite. There was no over head lighting in living/kitchen area hard to see in kitchen. Roms we're clean, bathroom had no shampoo or soap. We were across the hall from laundry and staff room, got kinda load at times in the morning. Staff was very nice when they seen us come out of room. Breakfast was the same as most hotels. Not bad not good. Over all it is a good location for what we needed.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of an endless amount of things to do and the trolley (free)but above all else, the staff was so friendly and welcoming on every shift! Everything was so clean, there were added security features that I had yet to experience before this Hampton Inn. It was truly an all around great experience! I highly recommend staying here! The hot tub was FANTASTIC!!! I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in the area! Very well done!

Embora todas as comodidades estivessem no local, tive um grande problema com o faturamento no check-in. Fui acidentalmente cobrado duas vezes. Claro, coisas acontecem, mas eles não puderam reembolsar imediatamente a segunda transação. Isso significa que eu estava 5 horas longe de casa, com muito menos dinheiro à minha disposição. Além disso, a estadia foi ótima.

Este lugar acerta em TUDO. Fiquei muito impressionado com o guarda que nos encontrou do lado de fora, nos direcionou a um estacionamento e garantiu que entrássemos em segurança depois de voltar tarde da noite de nosso evento. Me senti 100% seguro em todos os aspectos. A sala de pequenos-almoços estava impecável e generosa. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem eram bem conservadas. Nunca tive uma noite de sono melhor em um hotel. Cada membro da equipe que encontramos foi amigável e profissional. Eu daria 10 estrelas se possível!

While all the amenities were spot on, I had a big issue with billing upon check in.I was accidentally billed twice.Sure, stuff happens, but they were unable to immediately refund the second transaction.That means I was 5 hours away from home, with that much less money at my disposal.Other than that, the stay was great.

This place gets EVERYTHING right. I was most impressed with the guard who met us outside, directed us to a parking place and made sure we got inside safely after returning late at night from our event. I felt 100% safe in every aspect. The breakfast room was spotless and generous. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. I have never had a better nights' sleep in a hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. I would give this 10 stars if possible!

Nice hotel que não é excessivamente caro. Precisa de cartão de acesso até mesmo para elevadores e certas portas, o que é bom para um hotel no centro. Ficou duas noites e ficou satisfeito com a limpeza e espaço do quarto e do hotel. Toda a equipe foi atenciosa e amigável! Tivemos um pequeno problema com a chave do quarto e realmente apreciamos o Steve, (que cuida de todas as dificuldades técnicas) que apareceu para nós em seu único dia de folga! Na verdade, ele veio em poucos minutos para nos ajudar a entrar em nosso quarto !! Obrigado novamente Steve !!

Localização fantástica no centro da cidade. A equipe foi incrível durante toda a estadia. Os quartos estavam no lado mais caro, mas o que eu esperava quando reservei um quarto no fim de semana da inauguração da casa do Bills? O café da manhã tinha muita variedade para qualquer hóspede com qualquer restrição alimentar.Eles também têm máscaras disponíveis na mesa, para o caso de alguém do seu grupo se esquecer de uma.

One of the few hotels downtown Buffalo, NY with an open pool. The pool and hot tub were open from 6.30am until11pm daily. They free breakfast was substantial. The coffee was horrible. The property itself was beautiful on the outside and inside. The rooms were large and clean. This will definitely be my hotel of choice next time I am in Buffalo, NY. Perfect hotel for families.

Stayed two nights and was pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room and hotel. The entire staff was attentive and friendly! We had a minor glitch with the room key and we really appreciated Steve, (who takes care of all technical difficulties) who showed up for us on his one day off!! He actually came within minutes to help us get into our room!! Thank you again Steve!!

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Staff was amazing throughout the entire stay. Rooms were on the pricier side, but what did I expect when I booked a room the weekend of the Bills home opener? Breakfast had a lot of variety for any guest with any dietary restriction. They also do have masks readily available at the desk in the event any of your party forgot one.

Nice hotel that's not overly expensive. Need access card for even the elevators and certain doors, which is nice for a downtown hotel. Staff is nice and they even have people watching the front at night. Feels safe even for it being downtown. Nice rooms with features like a fridge and microwave

Ela ficou para um casamento, este hotel tinha todas as comodidades que poderíamos ter precisado e muito mais. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos com todas as necessidades. A partir do edifício, vários restaurantes podem ser acessados, bem como muitos mais nas proximidades. O estacionamento era um pouco limitado, após a recepção o estacionamento estava cheio, mas felizmente fomos capazes de encontrar algum estacionamento na rua. Eu ficaria feliz em ficar aqui novamente se eu estivesse visitando Buffalo.

Stayed her for a wedding, this hotel had every amenity we could have needed and more. Staff were all friendly and helpful with any needs. From the building several restaurants can be accessed as well as many more right nearby. Parking was a little limited, after the reception the lot was full but we were fortunately able to find some street parking. I'd happily stay here again if I was visiting Buffalo.

A first-class hotel that is within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Extremely nice staff, very clean hotel and safe, easy parking. There isn't anything that they could have done better. The free breakfast was excellent!! This was our first time staying here and this will be the hotel of our choice in the future when we visit Buffalo.
