These are the nicest staff I have came across at a hotel. The front desk ladies had a smile and were very welcoming. The breakfast lady, tawonda ( hopefully spelled correctly) went above and beyond with keeping the breakfast area clean and plentiful of food. The other Marriott we stayed at had a harsh breakfast lady. I hope tawonda is recognized for her hard work!!

Hot tub was closed and the rooms were tight for a suite. But over all not bad.

My sister and I stayed here on 5/6/22. I was given the option to online checkin which I did the night before. At 130am CST, I received a text that my room was ready. Super flawless! We arrived and received our room key. The room was clean. The only thing we found disappointing was that the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) did not have a full length mirror but we made due. We attended a concert at Van Angel Arena, and upon leaving, found ourselves very hungry. After not finding anything nearby open, we returned and saw Dominos was open for delivery still. We ordered way ahead of time, only to be gipped. We discussed our frustrations with the overnight desk agent, Rod, who went above and beyond to find us something that was open and would deliver to us! He then spent the next hour listening to us and chatting with us. He was amazing, helpful and made our night by listening to all our gossip! Checkout was efficient, and we had an overall amazing stay!

As a Marriott Titanium member, I found this hotel to be dated and unkept. The staff was perfectly professional and accommodating. The climate control in the room was a window unit and noisy; the whole front came off as I tried to open the control panel. Found someone's old sock peeking out from under the bed. Breakfast seemed substandard and things ran out quickly, not being replaced. Television was small and old.

I made a reservation for one of my employees to stay at this hotel. I sent her the email with the confirmation stating that this was her room for the night. I got a call at midnight from my employee stating that she would not be allowed to check in because the reservation was made in my name. I spoke via her speaker phone to the Marriot employee and offered to provide any verification information the Marriott employee could need to resolve this issue so my employee could check in. I even offered to face time with my license which is essentially the same as if I were in the facility. She would not allow it and I had to call a corporate number to add my employee's name to the reservation. That was another 20 minutes to the 20 minutes my employee had already spent. A supervisor was required to address this simple situation. I was then told the situation was resolved and my employee would be able to check in immediately. It took another 20 minutes after this call for her to check in for a total of 1 hour. This was the poorest customer service I've ever received at any hotel.

While the customer service was fantastic, the accommodations were average. The hotel facilities included a pool, fitness center, and breakfast. The fitness center was small and had very limited equipment. The breakfast was okay, but complimentary so it’s difficult to complain. Overall, while the staffing was great, for a Marriott property, it was average and I would expect a little more.

The rooms are nice and clean. However, we had a bad experience with breakfast. We were told that the breakfast is until 9:00 am. We went down at 8:40 am for breakfast and there were out of scrambled eggs and hash brown in the tray. Those were the only non-meat options in fresh hot breakfast. Asked the receptionist if they could make more, she flat out refused and was rude. All it takes is to crack a few eggs!

Let me start with the front desk attendant needs a raise! Or a promotion. 5 star attitude in a 2 star establishment.Checked in and decided room was a little small so we decided to upgrade to a suite. Upon arriving we always check beds. Found no mattress protector on bed along with what looked like cleaned blood stains on the mattress. Also uncleaned blood on bathroom door. Decided that might not be too bad until we saw the couch we COVERED in stains. Also had some type of bug all over the ceiling and curtains. Also noticed a larger amount of the same type of bug along the stairwell. Not sure if they have a problem with this but we were not notified. I wanted to go home which is almost 45 minutes away but my fiance was exhausted and tired of driving so the wonderful front desk associate did offer money back or a new suite so we took the new suite in hopes of a cleaner room to get a good night sleep. Was met with a slightly cleaner room but mattress still had stains & this couch had MORE stains. Just counted as a loss got some sleep and ended up just checking out maybe 2/3 hours before check out just to get out of there. Used to be my go to spot when i am in the area. Probably wont return.
