“Stayed there for 2 nights 🌙.loved everything about the hotel ..”

“Dreadful hotel ... sorry but ... best avoid. 1- Tried to get a coffee after check in , told by bar staff very rudely they only accepted cash ?? Took complaining to reception to be able to get it added to my room .. Not a great opening gambit from the hotel. 2. Upon turning on the TV not many channels ... 4 channels of russian state propaganda ... No english speaking news channels ... In this day and age, and with current events in the Ukraine that is TOTALLY unacceptable !!!! To be told that they can do nothing about this..This is not a plausible excuse !! Many people have done great things in a short time regarding this ... Hotel management clearly needs to have a long think about this and up their game. 3. Rooms are very dated and feel like a bad cruise ship from the 1990's .. really need updating . No air conditioning which is a bit rubbish bearing in mind the temperature was hot in my room and outside road noise was high.. This hotel has not got the feel of a 4 star hotel... more like a bad 3 star in my opinion . 4. Wifi is incredibly slow ... Download speed in single MBPS ...I almost can speak binary quicker than the speed they give us.. upload was quicker than download ... great for the fortnite game players I guess... but I am not. 5. Location ... Miles away from anything ... taxi costs to the center of town.. an exorbitant €20 ... Was told there was a subway next door .. Great ! until I found out that it was a .. "...do you want a footlong and do you want it toasted..." establishment .. not an "..einzelfahrschein bitte ..." establishment ..”
