“there was a situation where I left snacks and drinks in the room in the refrigerator and left for the city. I return, there is nothing, I went to the reception, they quickly figured it out, compensated for the missing. Thanks, good service”

“Unfortunately not as expected of a four-star hotel. When we first came in, the way the that the lobby looked and the personnel behind the main desk made me feel like we made the right choice for our stay but was quite soon disappointed.
I can ignore the stained carpet, dirty sink, clear presence of dust in many spots and maybe even the black mold spots in the bathroom but what I cannot overlook or accept are the following three things:
- some sort of bedbugs or something that bit us and the children
- the attitude of one of the bartenders whom I asked if milkshakes are available in the menu and he scoffed and laught at me
- at the breakfast buffet there were flies in the apple vinegar and when I informed the young man behind the counter he just shrug his shoulders until I insisted for him to take the bottle away
The only reason I don't give less stars and I choose to not make a formal complaint is the personnel at the front desk that was very helpful and well mannered.
Apart from that... not a four-star hotel”
