“My family and I had enjoyed staying at your hotel because it was very cleaned and organized. The menu was large without being too hard to choose from. The quality and quantity were excellent. I will be returning! this was an example of a very nice hotel. Highly recommendable to all of my friends and family!”

“I recently completed a stay at Hilton Garden Inn Lake Forest/Foothill Ranch. Initially, my stay was satisfying. The hotel was clean, new and comfy accommodations. However, late night into my stay I was charged incidental fee twice resulting in a 48 hour delay in my travels across country. The issue could have easily cleared if the managers could provide necessary information proving their identity to the bank. However, management did not have the necessary information needed to resolve this situation for 3 days. The Hilton Diamond Desk representatives were wonderful. They provided points for a free stay attempting to alleviate this situation. I want to add vfc the Assistant General Manager did diligently seek the information required, but was unable to obtain the data for 3 days.”
