“My wife and I booked a room for our wedding night here. We paid and received a confirmation number. When we got there, we were told they didn't have any rooms and we needed to leave. My wife was still in her wedding dress and veil and I was still in my suit. The representative proceeded to yell at us, say it wasn't his fault and that we need to leave. Kicked us out to the curb. We had to find a last minute hotel. Weeks later, we still haven't gotten reimbursement and I have contacted this hotel 3 times already. DO NOT STAY HERE. This has been my worst hotel experience by far.”
