“The hotel does not allow phone calls. Traveling to my daughter's wedding I needed to know the check in time, honestly I hoped for an early check in. Unfortunately, you're not allowed to speak to anyone. I also paid for two rooms, but only received confirmation for one. We're traveling there tomorrow, and are concerned.If only they'd let you talk to someone. (added note, I got to the point of being placed on hold, unfortunately, the wait times keep going up and I have to pick up my tux.”
